Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new vegan fashion, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes or accessories back into their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
